Join Amy Hess-Fischl, MS, RDN, LDN, BC-ADM, CDCES to learn about the FreeStyle Libre 3 system, the smallest and thinnest sensor available that provides minute-to-minute glucose readings that stream directly to the users' compatible smartphone.

Amy will give an overview of the system and share her approach on training her patients on the device. She will also answer any questions about utilizing the system in her practice.

Participants will receive a digital badge after completing the training and submitting the evaluation survey.

University of Chicago - Kovler Diabetes Center

Amy Hess-Fischl is an advanced practice dietitian and for over 20 years, and is currently working with both adults and pediatric patients at the University of Chicago for the past 15 years. She is the coordinator for the Kovler Diabetes Center’s ADA Education Recognition Program. She speaks internationally on diabetes topics including diabetes self-management education, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.

This training is FREE for ADCES members and non-members.
